starting to bulk

starting to bulk and have a question. im 6’3” weight 151. gym only hitting muscle once 3 days a week since i can only go 3 days and want to enjoy something new (tried full body but i wasnt motivated) i work 20 hours standing in a retailer. also walk 1 hour daily with 1 day of cardio (incline walk).

people told me 2500 for starting is low. whats your opinion on 2700?
