Okay so I am 5’9 and currently weigh around 146. As a kid I was very chubby. As I grew up I lost a lot of weight but had no muscle. For the past couple years ( I’m 18 now ) I have been trying to get in shape. I have failed over and over and I don’t have anyone I can talk to about it. I don’t weigh that much but I do have a lot of fat ( more than I want ) I am not trying to be Huge I just want a healthy life style and a good looking body for me and not anyone else. I have no idea if I should be trying to lose weight and gain muscle or what because 146 isn’t a lot so I don’t know if I should be losing weight I just don’t want to look like this any longer. My picture will be down below. I really could use some help and depressed and yet I’m still motivated to keep going. It’s been a couple years and I’m still not giving up but I think it’s time I really got some help and figured this out. What should My diet look like ? How many calories and fats and carbs etc...this really could change my life so any help would mean so much. Thank you
