Get mass

I'm new to lifting and my goal is to build muscle.
I'm really skinny, 6ft1 and 155 pounds and I'm trying to bulk. And my question is can I eat fast food or pizza once or twice a week? And a little candy (chocolate) every other day?
I want to build muscle and I don't have the goal to be super shredded with like 7% body fat but I also don't want to get fat...
