Confused on TDEE Wanting to do Keto Diet to lose ~45 pounds

I try to do the TDEE to figure out how many calories I should be consuming but its confusing, cause they combine your day and work together instead of having separate questions, I only work 3 days a week 12 hour days where I am moderate active, but the other 4 days I do literally nothing but sit at my computer. so i dont know what to put for how active i am. I tried to put it into the calculator and want to lose 2 lbs / week but it was telling me like 1280 - 1300 calories / day which i feel is too low... if i go by the .82 grams of protein / LBM pound then im at 127g protein thats 508 calories already like 45% of all my calories if them number are right and keto wants more fats?

A little about me. I am 31 years old 5'9" tall, 210 pounds I think im around 23-24% body fat i think my LBM is around 155 I am above average in muscle always been bigger never worked out. I want to lose this weight on a low calorie keto diet, I do not plan on working out not by choice just there is no Gym here the only one is shutting its doors in 1 month. I want to get down to 10% body fat. this should be around 160 lbs if i don't work out and gain no muscle i assume actually losing some cause i cant work out proper? My original plan was to do SL 5x5 but the gym is closing......
