Chicken to beef

So I wanted to ask some of you experienced bodybuilders and muscle building experts...

Is there any harm in eating chicken and beef together in the same meal? Is it worth it to cook together or should one be chosen over the other? And if so, which one?

This is regarding very lean cuts of beef, like 97%. Sometimes I wanna just do both but I feel like that’s an overwhelming load of meat.

If one digests faster than the other, when should we be eating this meat? And any advice on choosing other proteins would be cool, I usually do chicken, beef, eggs and whey. Occasionally fish.
