Hello guys.
I'm having trouble hitting my fat macro. I'm currently cutting and already calculated my macros for a steady and healthy cut (70Kg, 2000 cal 150 P / 200 C / 70 F). I have no trouble hitting my protein macro (as I only need to add another steak or another tuna portion etc on my meals) nor my carbs (as I, once again, only need to add a little bit of rice or spaghetti here and there). My biggest trouble is hitting the Fats macro. I usually achieve 30-40g of fat, out of the 70g I'm required to hit.
I tried to add some peanuts to my meals in order to get closer but it directly impacts my carbs (which forces me to eat a lot less and makes me hungry). I also tried to mix up my diet and add some veal steaks instead of chicken breasts but still, I get short on the 70g.
I've searched on the web but all I get are 4/5 ingredients which I already know are rich on fat (egg, peanuts, red meat in general ..) + some uncommon things like seeds and such which I don't really like.
Any help on the matter?
Please don't recommend me avocado as I consider it the worst thing I've ever tried in my entire existence. I BEG YOU.
