Getting Bigger

I am a High School wrestler, who weighs 113 pounds, and am 5'5 I am already very lean, and don't have the body fat to go down to 106 pounds. So I have decided to wrestle at 113 pounds. I know I need to get stronger, I have been doing half the body 7 days a week for the past two weeks, and will continue to do so for the rest of this season. I am very discipline with eating, but I need to be guided in the right direction, I want to get up to like 120 pounds, with the same body fat percentage I have now, 8 percent. Any recommendations in terms of nutrition?

EDIT: not sure why the age says 48, just don't mind that.
