Hi guys, I'm really new to counting macros and calories and meal prepping, etc and in need of some help in making one.
My goal is around 85kg and currently 77kg at 5"10.
Yes, I know this is a lot of weight to be gained but by all means, I know it will take a long time. I counted my calorie intake for one day and am eating roughly 3000 calories and gained a lot of weight up until now.
I'm currently stuck at 77kg with a general eating every 2 and half hours and eating good foods so I thought that nows the time to start tracking what I eat properly.
The main thing I struggle with is knowing which foods are ideal, so what should I eat for breakfast? Snacks? Meals? Shakes? Dinner? Just a general idea of what to eat is fine and I can try and work out the measurements after that.
Also, what is the best resource to calculate macros for bulking? There seems to be many websites and each one is telling me something different.
