Meal Prep Help?

I'm new to this whole dieting and exercise thing. I've started out doing 30 min of cardio every other day. Now I'm wanting to look for a way to improve my diet. I've calculated TDEE and macros and they look kind of alright. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
