Loking for extremely simple bulking diet ideas?

I feel like I simply can't fit enough food in me to top 185lbs. If you were in my shoes what would your diet look like if you wanted to hit 200lbs? Do I need to stop doing cardio? I lift for about an hour every single day along with 30 minutes of cardio. I just like to work out and prior to recently I've never been into the science of it so I'm trying to learn. I want to get bigger on a budget. Any and all advice is appreciated.
