The "rules" being your standard strictly track your calories and eat at a moderate 300-500 calorie surplus, gain 0.5-1 pound a week, etc. Basically all the stuff advised in the stickies.
I've had an ED since early childhood, and am now 28 and still struggling with it. Seeing a doctor is a likely next move for me, but I just wanted to hear what others have experienced in their recovery process while lifting.
I'm 6'1 and ~122 pounds, btw. Is it advisable that I don't track and just eat a lot of food? Do I need to worry about a weekly/monthly rate of weight gain? How did you guys approach your shift in eating?
