I started losing weight and getting fitter from the 29th of April. I already made some progress (2.3 kgs / 5 lbs lost in the last 2 weeks). However, I'm a bit worried about under-eating. Here's what MyFitnessPal recommends:

My activity:
- I walk about 0.6 miles / 1 km to work and walk back the same distance on weekdays.
- However, once I'm at work, I'm on my desk from around 8 AM to 4 PM.
- I am currently on the StrongLifts 5x5 program (3 days of lifting in a week)
- I go swimming in a leisure pool for an hour or once a week on weekend. I walk there, it's about 0.3 miles / 0.5 km from my home.
Did I pick the correct Activity Level on MyFitnessPal? Here's what my new daily food intake and calorie goals looks like:

I left dinner out of that log because that's the meal that keeps on changing. For dinner I usually eat things like Peso Chicken Penne, Caribbean Jerk chicken Stew with Ciabatta, Lemon and Garlic Chicken with lentils and garlic bread, Spaghetti Meatballs, Rice with Minced Beef and Potatoes etc.
Is there anything I'm missing? Should I eat more/less? Any Micro-nutrient problems?
