I have to be more than full to be satisfied after an aggresive diet with IF and OMAD.
Because I ate till beyond full while IF and OMAD and still lost weight, I need to be more than full to not think about food. Now Im back to normal habit and bulking including breakfast with smaller meal hence I cant be satisified.
Here is why I don't think it's due to an extreme hunger or annorexia. I've done diet twice previously with normal eating habit till really lean and I didn't have any symptom of this hunger. And its not my body needs more food but rather the eating habit of which I have to be uncomfortably full makes food obsession.
I want to be satisfied with smaller meal. Its so uncomfortable to be beyoned full. And i don't mind putting some weight if I have to
Any suggestions or advice with this case would be appreciated
