OK so Im sitting at like low 170s pounds for wieght. I am like 6' 1 and I play football D line. So I kinda wanna cut fat but idk how thats gonna effect my football mass but whatever... So my problem is idk if im gonna lose muscle with the fat. I wanna lose the weight cause its summer and i go to beach alot etc. So people have been telling me go low carb/high protien and long cardio. I dont have any immediate things that are a problem with this other then being mildly hungry alot which probably comes from dieting.. So im just asking for tips ig. Anything is helpful. Also im gonna add a pic of me relaxed front so that yall see why im confused. Ive been bulking for a while but i kinda dont wanna get too skiny either. Just enough for a light 6 pack or something (at best).
