Hello Guys,
I am 174cm tall, 171.6lbs and 22y/o. I have attached my MFP logs for a couple of days and find it hard to hit my macros but can hit my calorie recommendation of 1500 a day. I am trying to lose weight and wondering if its ok if I miss these protein targets even though I hit my caloric intake? Would I continue to lose weight? I am not fussed about maintaining muscle just want to reach 150lbs and start from scratch. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do cardio of 300 cal per session which I dont add to MFP or eat.
