Hello everybody, so i have a question. This is my situation, i have always been a classic skynny fat. i started to train around 3 years ago (when i was 63kilos) and actually i am 172cm x 73,7kilos.
I train 5 times a week actually and i would like to lose all the fat that i can before start bulk again. i think actually i am around 15-20% bodyfat. I finished to bulk around 2500kcal and actually i did 1 week at 2100 where my weight have been the same from monday to monday. So i have a couple scenario that i can follow and would like to know from you guys wich is the best in ur opinion and why :
Scenario 1 : 1900 kcal everyday, splitting macro in 40% cho, 35% pro, 25% fat ( 190cho, 166pro, 52fat)
Scenario 2 : 1900 kcal everyday, splitting macro in 25% cho, 35% pro, 40% fat ( 116cho, 166 pro, 84fat)
Scenario 3: mixing up, doing 3 days at 1900kcal with 25 35 40 split, 2 days high carb at 2100 kcal 50 30 20, and 2 days at 1700kcal 25 45 40.
