Hey guys I’m 16 weigh 170 and 6’2. I have been training on and off for about a year or so and I didn’t properly train or eat for most of that time. Now I have been jumping from diet to diet. I have a bodyfat I’m guessing of around 16-18% based on picture references. Slightly visible upper abs and some definition in arms and chest but not a lot. I am looking to build lean muscle and get stronger while also reducing my bodyfat percent. I don’t need to lose a bunch of weight since my arms and chest already look a little small. I want to build size in my arms chest and legs while also cutting fat off of my stomach. Is there a way to do this simultaneously I see all kinds of information that each disagrees with the next so I’m looking for a straight answer. Should I bulk, cut, lean bulk, micro bulk and cut, calorie/carb cycle? Just eat healthy in a small surplus and lift?
