Cutting macros

Hey everyone.
Right now i'm cutting. I would like to drop fat while retaining the muscle i have (reduce fat %). The thing is, i can't figure out what my macro ratio should be. I do resistance training up to three times per week, and the same goes for my cardio, which is long distance endurance runs.
My current macro ratio looks like this:
Carb: 45%
Fat: 25%
Protein: 30%
