Various places on the internet have led me to believe that I should be consuming over 400g of carbs each day but I can not even see it as something remotely achievable. The problem I have is that all of these carbs come with such a massive amount of protein that is unnecessary. Im not sure but I feel like im missing something here.
Intake today (just an average day): 248.2g carbs 83g fat 185.7g protein coming to about 2800kcal.
I want to make sure I'm actually getting this right before I commit to eating this way fully.
