Hello,
My questions as stated in the topic how do you guys do it? No one in this house likes to cook and tends to get takeaways as its convenient or just bakes processed frozen foods or occasionally cooks. However, when I cook I am expected to cook for everyone and it makes it hard for me to track my calories and macros. Is it a simple as measuring and tracking everything and then dividing it by how much of the portion you eat, e.g I make food A and food A has 1000 calories and if I ea 1/4tof would it be 250 calories? I am asking this question because you know person may get less chicken in their serving compared to others lol. Just a thought, nevertheless I want to know your guys opinion or advice. Cheers.
