Bulk progress (pics)
Been folllowing fierce 5 novice routine for about 4 months now.
Currently weigh 63kg (139lbs) and my lifts have improved.
Squat - 165lbs
Deadlifts - 165lbs
^ not massive at all but I’ve been following the program to my best which is too start off extremely light.
Progress pics are from before I started the program (1* to now 2-5*)
Can you guys tell me if I’ve made some decent gains or if I should eat more?
