Still fat as ****

Hey everyone, I’ve been working out for a year now. Before I started I was skinny fat, and had a huge beer belly.
I still drink lots of beer but I workout tons.
I am currently on a full body 2 times per week but my sessions run about 2 hours long and I destroy every body part in ever session with mostly compound exercises. After that I throw in one isolation per body part.
I eat healthy -ish and was wondering how I can cut for the summer.
I feel trapped in the bulking phase as I always only want to get bigger not smaller.
I have seen amazing progress but still feel small as ****.
Any advice?
