So i used to be very very skinny with no definition (5”10 145lbs). Then i decided i wanted to get into lifting so i gained about 30 lbs within a year. after feeling a bit too large i decided to try my first cut, i’ve lost about 25 lbs now sitting at 155. I’ve got visible abs for the first time (4 pack). i’m pretty lean and vascular now but there’s just one problem. Im completely drained and i’m getting really sore (not in a good way). i have shoulder pains and i’m relying on caffeine to feel energized enough to workout effectively. i’ve come to the realization that i probably should start a bulk again after i cut a workout short due to shoulder and joint pain and total exhaustion. I’m just afraid ill lose the abs i’ve spent 2 years grinding for lol. So with that said do you guys think i should start bulking again?
