I'm sure this has been asked before - but here is my situation:
Currently cutting - have made great progress. Macros are at C: 100G, F: 65g, P: 300G
Leaving next week for three days for work and am working a trade show where I'll have little time to take breaks (or I'll be on a long flight). Worried about getting in my macros to maintain my progress.
How badly will drinking my protein (whey) and eating protein bars/chips mess with me? We tend to eat really fancy/big at nights after the show. Is it horrible to limit my calories until then so that I have room for a juicy steak and veggies? Any suggestions?
Hotel has an adequate gym that should allow me to get in decent workouts.
