Hi guys i'm 17 weight about 73kg and i'm 5'10 height which is about 178cm. I have a decent meal plan but i think i don't grow enough for the amount of food i eat. I've been following this diet for about 4 months now and only gained 2-3 kg weight and don't see much difference when working out in the gym, except the fact that i lift more, which is my goal but i also wanted to bulk up as i'm quite skinny.I also consider taking protein shakes just to bulk up.
I workout 4 days a week with the rest of the days being rest days.
My meal plan is:
4 eggs in the morning
1kg of chicken throughout the day
400/800g of rice throughout the day
3 yogurts 2 cookies throughout the day
2 oranges every other day
6 Brazil nuts on working out day
around 150 g of spinach everyday.
1 avocado before workout mixed with with juice.
I don't mind the fact that it's very repetitive and boring, some people might be put off by that but to be fair with you i prefer it that way as it's easier to do the shopping as i don't have a lot of time.
