Hey guys, recently gotten out of a relationship and am having anxiety regularly. I have been trying to force feed myself and have a really hard time going over 1500 calories per day. I am 5'10 185lbs Male, and am currently 22, I want to be able to preserve mass as I try to move on from the relationship and at the same time try to still grow as I've still been growing lately. Appreciate any advice
