Need help with lean muscle building

Greetings all,

I’m currently stuck, I haven’t been able to weigh myself recently last time I did weigh 153 with 18% bf...I’m trying to build muscle and increase in weight without too much fat, ( lean bulking?) I’m having a hard time increasing chest size and losing my visceral fat around my lower stomach and center through my abs (4pack minimal showing)

I’ve just recently put together my meal plan (oilfield worker) let me know your thoughts please

(1:45 AM)Nitro tech ripped shake w/ banana and 1 tablespoon of pb (30-45 min before Breakfast)
(2:15-2:25AM)3 egg omelet w/ spinach and watercress side of 1.5 slices of turkey bacon (this meal is cut into 2 servings second one at 7-8AM/“)
10AM-11AM turkey burger no bread with a side of broccoli cuts and brown rice
1PM grilled chicken slices w/ a side of broccoli and brown rice
3PM lean shake 25 GNC...
Gym at 7PM-8PM Heavy lifting 5-6 sets 8-10 reps cardio 15 min fast intervals
Protein shake nitrotech ripped at 8:15PM
Sleep

Snacks through 7AM-3PM consist of
1/3 cup of peanuts
1 cup of berries mixed
1 banana medium to LG size
1 apple or 1 orange

I do my best to fast 3 hrs before gym
My off days from gym are Monday and Tuesdays( Gym is packed those days in oilfield town)


Thoughts, inputs ? PLEASE
