So, i've only recently started properly having a workout routine and exercising. From November to February (About 4ish months) I kept track of everything and lost about 25 pounds total. Currently, my weight is 143 lbs with a height of 5 ft 8 in and a bf% of 14 - 15 (Measured with caliper and navy method to try to get a sort of consistent result on the calculation itself. May still be wrong? Idk). Anyhow, I need to know whether to keep cutting down to 133 lbs and then after the summer start lean bulking, or stay at current weight and then start lean bulking. I am currently eating at a caloric deficit with around 1500 kcal a day, with High Protein (1-1.5g per lb) medium carbs and low fat (trying to stay lower than 40g). So far, this has worked to shave off the weight. Cardio was sometimes done however I believe that due to my deficit its not really important. Alongside this, I also keep up weight training 4 times a week doing full body workouts (For the newbie gains) however, will I be able to have gains at that caloric deficit? Thanks a lot!

P.S. Also I'm not 49 as stated on my account, it took my info from my google account instead of asking me. I'm 18.
