I have done some research and have seen many bodybuilders suggesting to have as many as 8 eggs for meal plans. I struggle with this not because of cholesterol but gas. It produces a discharge which is probably healthy but I would rather have an alternative. What are some alternatives? I am training for my first physique competition which is several months away.
