I'm 26 and 350 lbs at 5 foot 10 and I am looking to start shortcut to shred and obviously I am looking to lose weight. I worked out all through high school for sports so I know how to work out but all my life I have always had a terrible diet. And following his nutrient plan, he says I need 1.5g of protein and carbs and .5g of fats per pound in phase one. Which would put me at 525g of protein and carbs and 175g of fats a day. And for me to lose weight does this sound right to you guys? Also, I looked up my time and it says for heavy exorcize my calories are 4,440 so can I meet those macros at 3900 calories a day or am I just figuring all this wrong. Thanks!
