I am 28, male. 73kg weight. 5 feet 7 inches in height, 18.5% bodyfat.
here is my schedule.
I wake up at 7-7.30 am in morning. Then I go to gym. I workout Fasted for like (45 min weight training and 15 min cardio). I train one bodypart every day.
1st meal(breakfast): 37.5g whey + 80-100g oats
then when I reach gym, I have one cup tea (sugar and milk tea in a tea cup)
2nd meal: at lunch I eat 2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites + 150g sweet pottato + 40g cucumber
then again after 2 hrs I have one cup tea (sugar and milk tea in a tea cup)
then after 2 hours, I eat a hand full of salted peanuts
then after 7pm I don't take any carbs.
in dinner at about 11pm I eat a 250g boneless skinless chicken breast cooked with with cooking spray and lemon. + 40g cucumber
then at near about 1am I sleep.
Can you please tell me if I need to do any changes?
Also I am taking about 60g protein from chicken breast in dinner. Do I still need to add BCAAS? I really dont want to spend on BCAAs. but if its necessary then I can think of taking it.
PS: I get only about 5 hours of sleep. I know it may affect my gains but I do very little about it.
Please suggest. :-)
