I'm bulking and so I'm less strict with my diet. (I'm an ectomorph too). I bought 315g of candy today (haha I know that's a lot, but I tend to eat that much at once in the cinemas instead of dinner to not go over my calories but I obviously don't do this often). I'm wondering if it's better to eat it all today instead of dinner (which means I won't hit my protein goal) or to eat it in addition to dinner (but then I'll be at least 1000-1300 calories over my calorie goal) or if I should eat a bit of it every day until it's finished?
Ps. today is a rest day so I didn't do anything except get in 6000 steps.
