I started my weightlifting journey a little over year ago. I started with a weight of around 130 pounds and now I weight 146 pounds. The only problem is that I have been stagnant in my gains for awhile now and it’s frustrating.
What I usually eat a day is
Breakfast:
1 cup of oats, 1 cup blueberries
3 eggs, 3-4 pieces of bacon and another fruit.
For lunch I usully eat a chicken breast with some Italian dressing salt and pepper.
A salad
And a smoothie with some oats, frozen strawberries, bananas, blueberries.
For dinner I eat whatever my family eats and I try to eat double of whatever it is.
My question really is what are some cheap foods ( sometimes I do eat tuna packets ) that I can throw in to add some calories.
My goal is to be in the 160 range by the end of the summer. Is that manageable or no?
I am 5”10 sorry for not adding before!
