Hello, i have a question. Im using "intuitive eating" diet. It works for me, I build muscle with minimum fat, im eating just clean food, i like it so far. Its not 100% intuitive, i count my protein intake and my minimal fat intake, but when i hit my protein / fat / carb intake, then i eat what i want if im hungry, sometimes carbs, sometimes fats, sometimes a little bit more protein, i listen to my body. My question is - doest it matter, if i eat more carbs or more fats to increase my calorie intake, if i hit my protein goals ? Should i focus on more carbs /or/ more fats, or it does not matter what i use ? Thanks
