Im on a bulk and Im vegan so I take protein powder otherwise im at 40-50g daily protein intake. Im going on this 5 day trip for work (it pays everything for me) and it pays 3 meals a day. I feel like Ill be in a caloric deficit, also I wont have a gym so only exercise is walking a lot and then I wont hit my protein needs and goal. Should I bring with me protein powder or some high calorie snacks (like bars but not high in protein)?
