Hi, I just want to do a nutrition check

I'm a 21 y.o. guy, 183cm, 82.3 kg

My maintenance is 2560 cal/day and I have somewhere between 20 and 25% body fat, with little muscular mass.

I'm currently doing Fierce 5 Novice.

My goal is to retain whatever muscle mass I have while reducing my body fat percentage, and also capitalise on newbie gains with this routine.

This is the nutritional plan I'm doing:

1510 calories, from which 71g are carbs, 54g are fat and 185g are protein.

The diet consists mostly from chicken and salmon. Any opinions?
