Since I workout in the morning, have to be in the office where I cant eat every now and then, I have to follow this schedule. Please let me know if I need to make some changes,
within 45 mins after workout:
1. 30 gm whey protein shake with 5 gm creatine
1.5 after workout
3 whole eggs, 1 bread, 200 gm yogurt, Nuts
6 Hours after workout
Cooked Vegetables, bread, Rice, 200 gm yogurt, Protein Shake
10 hours after workout
500 litre milk with 4 tbn spoon Peanut Butter with Oats or Bread
13 Hours after workout
Pulses, veg,etc
Before Sleep
500 ml Milk
My queries:
I have already consumed .7gm/lb of body weight ( around 120-130 gm protein) before dinner
1. My protein intake is almost 0 during and after dinner.. would that impact my muscle growth during sleep. or Should I drink protein shake before sleep instead of lunch? Any comments,suggestion would be welcome
P.S. I dont eat meat and have been working out since 4 months now.
