Am I putting on too much weight?

Male, 19, 5ft6, 145lbs.

Started bulking two weeks ago at 140lbs and after two weeks I've now gone up to 145lbs in contrast to my last post in which I thought I wasn't putting on any weight.

Is 2kg too much for my FIRST two weeks of bulking because I've heard you gain more when you first start but I've also heard to limit the amount of fat you gain you should only be gaining 0.5lbs a week.

Should I cut back 200 calories or just give it some time and see what happens because I don't really want to risk ending the first month of my bulk with 4kg gained.
