Advice for underweight female trying to gain

Hi, I've been struggling with my weight for the past 6/7 months now & could really use some advice.

I'm at 23 year old female, 5'1, & I currently weight 81lbs. I've been skinny my entire life, and have never weighed more than 100lbs. It seems I lose weight incredibly easy, without trying, but gaining on the other hand is much more of a struggle, and when I do gain, I have a hard time keeping that weight on.

I know it would be easier if I binged on junk food, but I'd really like to gain weight in a healthy manner instead of eating empty calories. As for my diet now, I try to eat as healthy as I can given my lifestyle & budget & I try to incorporate healthier high calorie foods but im getting nowhere. (I eat oats, eggs, nut butters, green smoothies, salmon, shrimp, avocados, berries, bananas, Greek yogurt, granola, spinach, etc.)

I have stomach problems (IBS)& find that I get full very easily. I'm tracking my calories in MyFitnessPal & am at about 1500cal a day. I know this is not nearly enough, but it's hard for me to eat even that much given I'm such a petite person and my health issues.

So any suggestions on what I could do would be very much appreciated.
