something i dont get about tracking

something i dont get about tracking calories. so this week i wont be able to hit my calories before 12 am (end of the day) 3 days because of busy working schedule and i will need to get remaining cals at 2 am before i go to bed. when i wake up (10 am) i will have my breakfast. if i ate the remaining cals at 2 am from the day before will it go with the new day and that 2 am calories also counts as the new day? sorry for my english.
