I started going back to the gym about 4 weeks ago, mostly crossfit like workouts, 3-4 times per week, Im hoping to incorporate 1-2 days of running soon.
My goal is to loose 20lbs and build lean muscle, im a girl in my 30's and 3 kids later I am confident I can feel comfortable in my own skin again! I am having trouble with food, I snack too much, especially on weekends, but with so many articles and diets out there im finding it difficult to focus on one program, and what is the right program? :( high protein, low carb? also I am vegetarian so I don't eat any meats.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated! I certainly don't want to put on weight but loose some!
