Why is my maintenance so high (cant find foods to eat)?

15, 5ft4 been lifting for 9 months and went from ~110lbs to ~130lbs on F5 (so around 2lb a month and doesn’t seem to be too much fat gain).

Maintenance used to be around 2350 when I was 110lb but I mantain at ~3000 and bulk at 3300 now. Barely do any cardio and am sedentary mostly outside of gym (no job yet and student). Only lift 3x a week.

I hit all my protein (130g at 1g/lb bw) and fats at (80g at 0.6g/lb bw) waaay before I hit carbs (500g+ to fill empty calories) and always end up eating plain rice/bread to fill carb macros ):

I don’t mind eating it too much and I can eat it without feeling overly full but just wondering if there are alternatives? (Tried upping fats to 100g to avoid too many carbs; didn’t work I’m not a fan of fat dense foods).

Curious how to fit carbs in lol (bit weird seeing my meals where I eat HUGE amounts of rice in comparison with everything else).
