A friend told me I am starving myself but I don't feel that way

Hi,

I am new to this community and I would really appreciate your help. I began my weight loss journey on July 18 after being obese my whole life. My starting weight was 289 pounds and now as of November 18 I am 230 pounds. I lost all of this weight strictly through diet and NO EXERCISE. All of my friends have been saying how great I look and I love the feedback I have been receiving. I made a new friend recently at my job that is a health nut and after telling her about my weight loss she started asking me questions about my diet. When I told her and showed her my fitness pal her eyes got really wide and she said that I was starving myself and my habits were completely unhealthy. I was shocked because I thought what I was doing was fine. Here is a screenshot of my fitness pal for today. I eat the same way everyday mostly because of meal prep but I rarely go over 1200 calories. I usually have 1-2 cheat MEALS NOT DAYS a week. Am I doing something wrong or is my nutrition not correct? I would appreciate honest feedback thanks!
