Dont know if cut / bulk / recomp

Hey guys i have been lifting for about a year and a half now, i started doing full body workouts 3 times a week while eating at around 200 cal surplus and doing it for a month now. I would like to put on some muscle, but the problem is im really fat prop more than 20% bf. I was thinking if i should do cal cycling by eating surplus on workout days like 300cals and deficit on off days prop 300 cals too. Or if it would benefit me more to just eat at maintance while not counting in cal expendature from my workouts. Please if anyone can give some advice i would really appreciate it. Thanks
