3 month progress stall- what do I do?

Hi everyone! I am new to the website, but I figured of all places to go to you guys would have the answers :). Over the past year I've lost 30 pounds and I'm now sitting about 126 at 5ft 5 with 19% body fat. I am a female. I've been seeing great results until the past three months when my weight hasn't changed and my progress photos are all starting to blend together. I keep a calorie deficit of around 500 per day, I exercise heavily including running, HIIT, and lifting. I wonder if it's time I start working on building muscles and eating at maintenance. I attached some of my progress pics, and the main stall I'm talking about is during the months Sept-Nov. I'm also constantly fatigued from my calorie deficit and I'm ready to change my mindset to longterm results. Some abs would be nice too :) Any advice?
