So as of last Monday I started a new job. Great job by it has me working crazy hours all over the country. Before I started I had my nutrition and meals nailed down, but now I’m finding it difficult to fit in enough kcals with such a busy schedule. One day I can be working 11am-1am, then the next day I’ll be doing 9am-6pm. Not got much time to prep meals or even eat meals. What do you guys with busy schedules do to hit your daily intake? (Target is 3200 a day min)
