Okay, so I need a healthy diet for the summer that I can follow. I plan on doing cardio every day and lifting 4 times a week. What would you recommend is a good diet?
All I have right now is pretty much oatmeal for breakfast, can I eat this every day? Probably oatmeal with berries, bananas and perhaps a small sandwich as well. And then for dinner, I'm thinking chicken, tuna, fish sticks, and sometimes meatballs for protein, and potato, bulghur, and perhaps wheat berries (I think it's called?) for carbs.
Is this any good? Do you guys have any recommendations? Sometimes, I might eat eggs for breakfast just to mix things up of course, but since oatmeal is so easy I'll probably eat that most of the time.
What vegetables should I eat?
