I work in a fast food job and I'm not sure whether to cut or bulk. Advice?

Now that my university term is over, I'm going to be working 4 days a week in fast food over the next 3 months. The job is very active and I'm usually working 8 hours a day, I feel it'll be very hard to keep my calories in check for cutting (in terms of eating too much or too little because my activity level will vary) whereas bulking will be easier in my opinion.

On the other hand, I've been going to the gym and making pretty good strength and muscle gains on my bulk when I was at uni where I did little physical activity (soccer occasionally). The scale says I'm around 18/19% bodyfat which seems about right because I look skinny in clothes but I do have a bit of a stomach (not a beer belly though) and this makes me very uncomfortable because I'd rather be at 12% bf. I honestly have no idea what I should start with, I realize I sound indecisive (I am) and would appreciate any advice. Thank you!
