i started lifting about a month ago and my main goal is to gain leg and butt because i have very skinny legs and somehow shrink my waist,back fat,belly fat since thats where most of my fat goes mostly and nowhere else.
i have been told i should be on a calorie deficiency because of my belly and back fat but I'm scared i will lose more legs and look like i have chicken legs.
what should my diet be like? should i be on a calorie surplus or deficiency?how many calories should i have? what percentage should my macros be like?
