I have been cutting at 2400 for about five weeks now, and am progressing well.
Early on my workouts were sucking. Trying to progress on F5 is tough. reset a couple times on a couple lifts.
I would assume its not an earth shattering discovery, but on my workout days I just try hit the macronutrients and ensure I hit 2400 calories, and on the night before my 5am workouts, I eat a good bunch of carbs at around 7pm, and dont eat as many during the day.
I find that no amount of preworkout can mimic the effects. So much stronger on all lifts, and way more energy and power overall (legs especially) by having a bunch of carbs the night before. I still hit calories for the day, and have much better workouts.
Anyone else specifically try doing this?
